ENERGY_SAVING AND POWERFUL EXHAUST SYSTEM

By the use of the newest technologies we have developed a very powerful and energy-saving exhaust- and filtration systems. Depending from the system, additionally integrated sound absorbing measures result in values between 51-53dB(A). Thereby the GREENLINE series can be also used in noiseless office/laboratory environments.

UP-GRADABLE WITH DIFFERENT FILTER MODULES

Depending on the application the LN-Series can be equipped with different filter modules. With that we reach an optimization of the filter costs and it is possible later on to adapt the exhaust- and filtration system accordingly to changing application, too. The cleaning process of the air takes place through the different pre-filters and the HEPA filter H13 (separation rate = 99,95% at 0,1-0,3ym).

ADSORBTION OF GASEOUS POLLUTANTS OVER TWO-STAGE FILTER

A two stage gas filter system, filled with activated carbon and BAC granulates, enables the adsorption and absorption of gaseous pollutants and odours. Thereby a very broad spectrum of gaseous substances and odours can be adsorbed respectively be neutralized by a chemical process. Through the integrated two layer technology the two granulates are totally separated. Therefore a simple and separate disposal of the different materials is possible without any problems.

The filter change takes place replacement of filters The filter replacement is very easy and takes place from the top. Thus it is guaranteed that the co-operator can accomplish an easy and for him clean filter replacement.

POWERFUL ELECTRONIC FEATURES BUILT IN AND KEEP YOU SAFE

All standard systems are equipped with an interface (SUB D 25pin). Following functions can be monitored over the display and over the interface: infinitely adjustable speed controller (automatic adjustment during increasing filter saturation) – advanced warning at 80% filter saturation - optical and acoustic announcement filter blocked - notice of mal function – display and switch for start/stand-by operation.
