These systems are used as pre-separator and will be pre-connected to the LN-Standard or GL-Standard Series. There is taking place a pre-separation of the coarse and middle size particles. (filter class M according to DIN EN 60335). This combination of systems makes sense at a high amount of dust. The dedusting process of the cartridge filter takes place by a integrated brush, which is operated by the hand wheel.

The dust removal takes place very easy with the unloading of the dust container. Thus it is guaranteed that the co-operator can accomplish an easy and for him clean filter replacement.

PRECOATIING PROCESS WITH PRECOATING DEVICES

When exhausting sticky dust emissions, cleanable filter cartridges can be only protected against sticking together by the use of pre-coating medium. Before exhausting the sticky dust particles, the pre-coating medium has to be filled in slowly into the exhaust tube or hose at the actual operation of the exhaust system. Thus the pre-coating powder spreads itself evenly at the cartridge filter and forms a protective layer on the filter material. This protective layer prevents the filter pores to become quickly blocked or pasted up. This pre-coating process has to be repeated after each cleaning process. Cleanable cartridge filter systems can be therefore used also for exhaust- and filtration systems problematic materials. This solution should be preferred for high amount of dust emissions instead of saturation filters of the LN-Series.
