MECHANICAL OIL- / EMULSION MIST SEPERATORThe mechanical oil- / emulsion mist separator are in general different to electrostatic concepts. Mechanical oil / emulsion mist separator are equipped with saturation filters. Over different filter grades the oil and cooling lubricant droplets become separated from the process air. All systems of the OEN-Series have as the last filter grad a particle filter with the specification of H13 (separation rate 99,997% at a diameter of 0,3 mikron). After that the clean air can be return back into the working room. For adsorbing harmful gaseous the systems can be also equipped in addition, at the end of all filter stages, with an activated carbon module. -> high efficiency at low investment |
